Return & Exchange Policy:

In compliance with consumer protection law 39/2014. Customers may return unused products within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt and in the original packaging. We will be happy to offer an exchange or a refund. Products not eligible for exchange or return: Discounted products, used products, ripped or damaged products and packaging.
Exchange is only accepted in the country where the purchase is made.

Refund
A refund will be issued in case a product cannot be repaired or replaced.
